Millie Montanti

Millie serves as Client Services Coordinator and is often the first point of contact for clients, playing an essential role in creating a welcoming, organized, and highly professional experience. She manages appointment scheduling, client communications, and overall coordination to ensure a high level of responsiveness and service consistency.

Millie is actively involved in onboarding new clients and retirement plans, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring all documentation and requirements are handled efficiently. She continues to support ongoing client relationships by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with service requests.

In addition, Millie leads the planning and execution of client appreciation events and educational seminars, contributing to the firm’s relationship-driven approach and enhancing the overall client experience.

Outside of the office, Millie enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandsons, Vince and Meatball, as a proud ‘Nonna.’
