Dorothy serves as Office Manager and a senior member of the firm’s client service team, bringing more than three decades of experience in financial services operations. She is integral to the firm’s operational excellence, ensuring that all administrative and account-related processes are executed with precision, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of care.

Her responsibilities include overseeing account onboarding, ongoing account maintenance, and complex servicing requests such as distributions, transfers, and account adjustments. Dorothy also plays a key role in supporting estate planning initiatives, including coordination and due diligence for life insurance strategies and underwriting processes.

She works closely with advisors and custodians to ensure that all transactions and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently, helping to deliver a seamless and responsive client experience.

Outside of the office, Dorothy enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and running.
