Vince began his professional career in Finance in 1969 after he served as a Staff Engineer for Nuclear Service and Construction Company and then as a Vice President in his dad's ship repair and construction business, which at one time employed over 2000 men and women.

After recognizing that there were more opportunities to help his Dad outside the construction business (specifically designing and developing a retirement Plan for his Dad outside the business), he entered the Finance program at the American College, with a strong emphasis on Retirement Planning and Wealth Management.

He partnered up with a Financial Consulting Firm (CIGNA) in 1969, which formed the foundation for Vince's consulting business, Montanti Advisory Services, Inc.

Unfortunately and unexpectedly, Vince passed away  in August of 2021; however the legacy that he leaves goes beyond his business. It is the way he approached life and his clients, with the care and consideration as though they were his own family. Because in his eyes, they were.
